Ingredients

  • 4 pcs pita
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan
  • 2 tablespoon walnut
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 4 teaspoon feta cheese (1 teaspoon on each pita, a total of 4 teaspoon)
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced

Method

  • To make the sauce: In a blender combine garlic, basil, parmesan, walnut and olive oil until well combined.
  • Spread the sauce on the pita
  • Add tomatoes and feta cheese on top of the sauce
  • Cook the pita in the oven for 30 - 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
